Between April and July this year, the Stephenson Harwood rail team undertook market research on The Future of Rail in Great Britain. We have prepared three high level reports summarising the results. The first report explored what the industry thinks the key issues are, as well as reflecting on what the industry has done well since privatisation.
This second report explores the key issues railway businesses are facing now and how to attract and retain the best people to deliver the future of rail in Great Britain. Staffing, passengers returning and funding are just some of the issues concerning the industry.
